Rescheduling
- 24 hours’ notice or more: no extra fee.
- The new date depends on the calendar.
Last-minute cancellation
A cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice is $40, unless it is an emergency. Tell us as soon as you can.
Same day, if we cannot work
If we arrive and no one is home, we cannot get in, the utilities are off, or the home is not ready for cleaning, the visit is treated as a same-day cancellation. The full service amount is due. See also pets and home access.
Emergencies
A true emergency is handled with care. Call or write as soon as you can. An emergency reschedule is not the $40 fee.
